LiNC-IT (Linking North Carolina with Innovative Talent) is an enterprising partnership of government, nonprofits, and employers. LiNC-IT is an employment program for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program provides employment experience, paid internships, or on-the-job training for students and professionals and provides employers with a pipeline of excellent talent. LiNC-IT participants have many valuable skills to offer employers, and most have earned post-secondary certifications or degrees in various job disciplines.
