LiNC-IT (Linking North Carolina with Innovative Talent) is an enterprising partnership of government, nonprofits, and employers. LiNC-IT is an employment program for early career professionals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program provides job coaching for participants and support for their managers to facilitate success. The participants have many valuable skills to offer employers, and most have earned post-secondary certifications or degrees in a wide array of job disciplines.
