Unit Description
This unit includes a review of concepts and skills initially presented in the 1001 course and builds on them with a short topic on supporting mobile devices. You may be able to review them quickly or skip over some of them if students have already mastered these objectives. There are activities to support students in installing and configuring a network, but ultimately students should feel comfortable doing this without much support. Because there are a growing number of organizations that allow mobile devices on their networks, even if they are a separate network, it’s likely supporting these devices will become a part of many Help Desk teams.
