Unit Description

Now that students have practiced installing and configuring hardware components for different devices along with wired and wireless networks, this module prepares them to troubleshoot all of that technology in the case where things go wrong. This module introduced the CompTIA A+ Troubleshooting Model. Students should memorize the steps of the model in order and then apply it to troubleshoot common issues related to computing devices, peripherals, and network connections. This module should prepare them to do that.
